Not working with iPhone os4
I just updated my phone to the ios4.0 and call rec isn't working anymore. The app opens but when I choose a contact to call the application just closes out. Everytime. Is this just a bug with the new software? If so, when will you have an update?

I just brought this app yesterday and its hasnt worked yet. uninstalled 6x. paid $10 thinking it would work when i first got it. cant reach support at all.

Guys, could you please try to manually enter the phone number you wish to dial instead of choosing the contact from the list?
This should be a temporary workaround because we have already submitted new version of CallRec.me app compatible with iOS4 and it is pending for approval by Apple.

Well first of all I like to say thank you to the staff member who at least replied back to us. I have tried to manually enter the phone number, and I have done it with the contacts. Its just not working. I will check in every day and see what the status is on that update. Because as I stated earlier, I paid $10 and can it will not work at all. It also says number has been deleted when I haven't even gotten thru when trying to make a call.

Gina, thanks for your report. We hope as well that this update will be available soon.
Could you please clarify which number has been deleted, i.e. where did you get this notification?

I really appreciate you getting back to me. Well when I try and attempt to make a call, it goes to the number and there is complete silence, no matter how long I wait (the US#..) and when I go back and press the dial button, the numbers are there however, when i press it...... It says this recording has been deleted. I hope this helps. Please keep me updated. Once again thank you.

You see this notification because the recordings do not exist - they are not created, so this is expected behavior.
After new version of CallRec.me app is out, you will be able to record and then see, play and manage your recording as expected.

Hello Gina,
We are impatient to see this new version out as well. It is already submitted to Apple and it is currently in their review process which is something we cannot influence and speed up that process.
