Works perfect! Also works outside US, if you buy the world-wide package 7,99 euro's.

I live in the Netherlands and it TRULY works.

Only downside I experienced was that the 3G network is to slow to for a smooth recording.

However, when you turn on WiFi, everything is smooth and the recording for both incoming and outgoing is crisp and clear like any normal phone call.
So be sure you are connected to any external WiFi connection before you attempt to record any calls.
