I am extremely frustrated.

I'm an iPhone 4 user, I interviewed a fairly big national touring band member today and I did exactly what the instructions on the site instructed me to do to record an incoming call. They called me, after I answered, I added another number to the call dialed the US CA number, and then merged it. I figured all was being recorded but NOTHING came out. All that's shown on my account as being used was the tests I did when I first installed the app (they worked fine.) My phone shows two numbers the one that called me, and the access number with the same amount of minutes. Arg!

My suggestion would be if it all possible to have instructional voice on the access number so you know exactly when it's ready to merge the call so you don't waste your time. Unless of course you are unable to record a three way conversation, because the person who called me had to conference the band member into our call. Either way, right now, I'm pretty dissatisfied with this app/service.

    Hello Matt,

    Thanks for your feedback.

At this point you get the notification only if you record calls from within CallRec.me application. If you use CallRec.me access numbers there is no notification and we will consider implementing some sort of announcement when the recording via our access numbers starts - thanks for this suggestion.

If there is any other suggestion or comment, feel free to let us know.

    Regards,
    CallRec.me team
