Unable to record from Hong Kong

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am an i-phone user in Hong Kong. I am unable to record. Despite I turned on the function of 'Show My Caller ID" in i-phone, the sound recording from your company requested me to unblock my caller identity. I have spoked to my i-phone technical support and network provider. Both of them could not help. Please kindly advise as early as possible.

    It is possible that your mobile provider does not allow transmitting caller IDs over network.

    Due to this, our access numbers are unable to see your caller ID (recognize you) and let you into your account.

    Please note that we are still in early beta and we will try to find a technical solution on how to overcome this limitation.
