merge option not working
HELLO
i have tried to record my call so many times using the manual
method from my phone ; once i receive the call i want to record, i
click on button add call on my phone and dial the
access number i have chosen. once the server answers, i click on
merge calls, but the problem is that i still have the first
conversations hold on , and when i click on swap in
order to get back to my initial conversation, it s the call with
the access number that is put on hold. at the end, once i finish my
conversation and go to my account to check my recordings i find the
recording registered but nothing on it sine the call with the
access number was put on hold
would like to have an answer please. this is so important for my
job .
