always show "unable to communicate over the network" my wifi is working preety good......safari is also opening every page but whenever i go to callrec.me it gives me "503 service unavailable" :(

Same issue here. Looks like the server is down. It would be REALLY nice if CallRec support would actually post or communicate something about this outage.

Same, Wha's going on I really need to record some calls? I am getting the same 'Unable to communicate over the network' Message?

I can record in bound calls but not outbound. Inbound is very slow to connect.

This seems to happen every few weeks. Personally, it only affects my ability to listen to recorded calls and manage my account from the iPhone. The way I record all my calls is by merging in the Recording Line Number I was given to all my calls. I can do this before I place the call, or after I have received an incoming call. Hope this helps.
(And btw...I am still very disappointed in CallRec support that they have yet to offer any communications as to the network outage.)
