Transcribe not working

Hi,

When I hit "transcribe" it comes up saying "Ooops-No Network! CallRec.Me cannot reach the server. Check the data connection and try again." I checked the wifi on my iphone and it's connected..what can I do? I really need these recordings transcribed!!
