calling local numbers in Australia

i have jsut purchased your international subscription.

when I dial a number I include 0 plus country code so its 061 for Australia

it will not connect and window on iphone comes up with wrong number and example of dialling with a country code. THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I AM DOING

I have tried it with a cell number and landline number. neither works

this is very frustrating as your APP is designed to deliver one service and one service only
