Iphone app nor web app do not connect

Dialing using the IPhone app (4s) the either connects and then disconnects or when it does connect--seldom--there is no sound and then disconnects in approx 1min.

Using the web dialer on the same phone the call seems to connect and then quickly disconnects. The web dialer recognizes my account pin, but shows "0" for US minutes.

I was using the service a couple of days ago, nothing changed on my phone.
