Not as advertised. Frustrated.

I have had great difficulty getting CallRec to function as advertiesed. Calling to setup caller id took at least a dozen attempts before finally accepting my number; dailing phone number provided resulted in fast busy signal and no connection. Logging into website results in no visible change; I do not have website access to my calls for download despite multiple logins. My first test call worked but my subsequent call which I had intended to record resulted in a recording of nothing but static. I attempted to purchase more minutes from your application on my iphone but nothing happens; I just get a blank page. I have sent two e-mails to 'support' and have received two automatic 'we got your e-mail' replies but there has been no follow up. I would very much like this application to work as advertised and would purchase more minutes of recording time if so but, I have grown frustrated and will now delete the application from my iphone and I request that you delete my account as well.
